Tee Green, Chief Executive Officer
Wyche T. Green, III (“Tee”) is the CEO of Greenway, where he has served in leadership roles since its founding in 1998. He is strongly committed to Greenway’s mission to improve population health through creation of a smarter, sustainable healthcare system.
A knowledgeable authority on healthcare reform, Mr. Green has been a contributing author on multiple scholarly articles in addition to authoring a chapter of the 2010 sequel to the award-winning book, Paper Kills.
Mr. Green is a member of the Auburn Alumni Association (Life) and has served on the Board of Directors for R.W. Allen & Associates, Inc., the Community Foundation of West Georgia, the West Georgia Habitat for Humanity and the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Greenway Medical Technologies, and the College of Business Advisory Council.
Mr. Green graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Matthew J. Hawkins, President
Matthew J. Hawkins is President of Greenway, bringing more than 16 years of technology experience to this role. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Vitera Healthcare Solutions, which merged with Greenway in late 2013.
Before Vitera, Mr. Hawkins was CEO of SirsiDynix, a global software company serving nearly 150 million users affiliated with more than 23,000 library facilities in 70 countries. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at SirsiDynix, where he helped transform the sales and operations of the business. He is a member of SirsiDynix’s Board of Directors.
Prior to SirsiDynix, Mr. Hawkins was Vice President and General Manager of Henry Schein Practice Solutions, a provider of healthcare software, revenue cycle management, electronic claims aggregation and value-added services to more than 65,000 oral health practices. Previously, he was a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Company in Dallas.
He began his career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), after receiving an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University.
Laurens Albada, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Albada brings more than 15 years of experience in finance and operations to his role as Greenway CFO.
Prior to Greenway, he was Vice President of Finance at the International Development Group of Research Triangle Institute, where he had global responsibility for financial operations in more than 30 countries.
Mr. Albada also worked at Misys Healthcare Systems (since acquired by Allscripts), where he was Vice President of finance for both Payerpath, a provider of revenue cycle management solutions, and for the Physician Systems business, a provider of financial and clinical software solutions.
Mr. Albada started his career on the General Electric Corporate Audit Staff, the company’s premier leadership development program.
He received an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
Bob Kneeley, Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer for Greenway, Bob Kneeley is responsible for all strategic initiatives involving integrated Marketing, Public Relations, Corporate Communications and Industry/Government Affairs. Mr. Kneeley joined Greenway in April 2012 as the company’s first Vice President of Investor Relations, shortly after Greenway completed its Initial Public Offering in February 2012.
Prior to Greenway, Mr. Kneeley was Vice President of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations during his more than 13-year tenure at MEDNAX, Inc. (formerly Pediatrix Medical Group), a national medical group and the nation’s leading provider of neonatal, maternal-fetal and pediatric physician subspecialty services, and anesthesia services.
Previously, he was a Principal at RKC Communications, managed external communications at Southeast Banking Corp., and was a Writer for both the South Florida Business Journal and The Miami News.
Mr. Kneeley completed the requirements for a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL. He previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Journalism) from UM.
Mike Hairston, Executive Vice President, Sales
Mike Hairston joined Greenway in October 1999. He is responsible for the overall coordination, functional management and leadership of all sales and business development activity.
Mr. Hairston previously served Greenway as Vice President of Sales, Regional Sales Manager, as well as Regional Vice President, Eastern Region, and opened 13 new sales territories for the company.
Prior to joining Greenway, Mr. Hairston was National Sales Manager for DataSphere Technologies, Inc., a computer-aided facilities management software vendor. He also served in the same capacity for the Information Management Services Division of Law/Gibb Group.
Mr. Hairston received a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s in Business Administration from Auburn University and has served on the Auburn MBA Advisory Board since 2004.
Kermit Randa, Executive Vice President, Customer Sales
As EVP of Customer Sales, Kermit Randa has more than 20 years of health information technology experience.
Prior to joining Greenway, Mr. Randa served as Chief Operating Officer at Surgical Information Systems (SIS), which specializes in anesthesia and perioperative software solutions. Mr. Randa also held leadership roles with various companies, including EMC Corporation and Siemens Healthcare.
He is a previous board member of the Georgia Chapter of Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). A recognized leader in healthcare information technology, Mr. Randa has participated in multiple industry panels, thought leadership presentations and has authored several significant peer reviewed and industry articles. In addition, he continues involvement in several community organizations.
Mr. Randa received a master’s degree in Health Administration from Xavier University and has earned the prestigious Fellow designation within the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Johnathan Samples, Executive Vice President, Development
Johnathan Samples joined Greenway in June 1998. He was promoted to Vice President of research and development in 2007.
Mr. Samples previously served Greenway as a software developer, leading the development team for the PrimeSUITE® electronic health record solution, then as Director and Vice President of Development and Quality Assurance. His current responsibilities include managing product development and testing for Greenway solutions.
He previously worked as a software engineer at IMNET Systems, where he developed software components to support medical document imaging.
Mr. Samples received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Greg Schulenburg, Executive Vice President, Operations
Greg Schulenburg joined Greenway in March 1999 as Vice President of Development and was promoted to Executive Vice President and COO in May 2004. Mr. Schulenburg oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of Greenway.
Prior to joining Greenway, Mr. Schulenburg worked at NationsBank in Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC, where he managed testing and development teams for the Nationwide Platform Development Project. He also managed the Support and Projects Development group for National Support. Mr. Schulenburg previously managed the Development/System Projects for Prudential Bank in Atlanta.
Mr. Schulenburg received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Georgia.
Mark Janiszewski, Senior Vice President, Product Management
As SVP of Product Management, Mark Janiszewski has more than 20 years of experience in high-tech sales and marketing.
Prior to joining Greenway, Mr. Janiszewski spent nine years at McKesson Corporation’s health IT business, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in product management and product marketing within the company’s document imaging and revenue cycle groups.
Before McKesson, Mr. Janiszewski worked for 13 years at Nortel Networks, where he held various product management, marketing and technical sales responsibilities with the optical networking and network access divisions.
Mr. Janiszewski received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and completed his Chartered Accountant preparations at McGill University, also in Montreal.
Rob Smalling, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Recruiting, and Learning and Development
In his current role, Rob Smalling brings more than 25 years of operational experience to his role in Human Resources, Recruiting and Learning and Development.
Prior to joining Greenway, Mr. Smalling held the role of Senior Vice President of Global Customer Operations for Sunquest Information Systems. He also had leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals and Misys Healthcare Systems.
During the course of his career, Mr. Smalling has held several roles with increasing responsibilities in Human Resources, Customer Support and Customer Operations.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from William Paterson University.
Sam Snider, General Counsel
As General Counsel, Sam Snider has more than 12 years of legal experience.
Prior to joining Greenway, he was Vice President and Lead Acquisition Counsel for LexisNexis, where he was responsible for the company’s global merger and acquisition activities in the United States, Europe and Asia.
Before joining LexisNexis, Mr. Snider was a corporate lawyer in the Atlanta office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, a large international law firm.
Mr. Snider is a frequent writer and speaker on corporate law and M&A matters and has been named a Georgia Rising Star by Atlanta and Georgia Super Lawyers magazines.
Mr. Snider is a member of the American Bar Association and earned a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
Sean Turner, Director, Strategic Programs
As Director of Strategic Programs, Sean Turner has more than 14 years of strategic planning, financial, and acquisition experience. Mr. Turner is responsible for developing, launching and managing strategic cross-functional initiatives that enable revenue growth and improve profitability and efficiency at Greenway.
Prior to joining Greenway, Mr. Turner was a Director of Strategic Programs for Vista Equity Partners, where he was responsible for implementing best practices and operational continuous improvement programs across Vista’s portfolio of companies.
Before Vista, he was a corporate development executive and investment banker covering various industries including technology, industrials and services.
Mr. Turner earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
