Patient Communication Services

From patient statements to most other types of paper-based communications, Vitera Transaction Services can help you manage not only the printing and storage of these documents, but the distribution of them as well.

Electronic Patient Statements
Electronic patient statements allow you to view, edit, customize and mail statements without having to print anything in house. Customization features allow for the addition of notes to patient statements, such as “You have a past-due balance,” etc. Once the statement is mailed to the patient, the file can be accessed for review in your office. And, all of these features are integrated into the practice management system.

Collection Letters
Similarly, collection letters can be generated within the practice management system and mailed using Vitera's Print & Mail solutions, which includes five-color printing, first-class postage and watermarked forms.

Other Print & Mail Services
Recall/notification notices can be generated electronically and mailed through Print & Mail solutions to remind patients of appointments, the need for a check up, or even their birthday.

Inserts can be added to patient statements to announce address changes, the addition of a new provider or services, and to even communicate upcoming special events. While, special notices enable practices to develop customized communications that can include flyers, newsletters and more.

PhoneTreeTM
Using data from your practice management software (Vitera Intergy, Vitera Medical Manager or Vitera MedWare), PhoneTree creates and delivers a specific message for each patient, with the time and date of appointment, provider’s name, appointment type and more.
